Delete Account - DRI COPILOT

Main method: you can delete your account directly from the app at Menu > Settings > Delete account.

How to delete your account

Open DRI COPILOT and sign in to your account.
Go to Menu > Settings.
Select Delete account and confirm the final action.

If you cannot access the app

Send a manual request to team@dricopilot.ai with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the email or phone number linked to your account.

Important: uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it from Apple/Google to avoid future charges.

What is deleted

Profile and authentication data linked to your account.
Vehicles, alerts, navigation history, and preferences linked to your user.
Notification tokens and other operational data associated with the account.

Limited retention

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Processing timeline

We process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 calendar days.
